Welcome to the Product Price Calculator App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Product Price Calculator application ("App") available on Google Play. By using this App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Business name and owner name.
• All information entered in the Materials, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Selling Price sections, including material names, purchase prices, profit margins, profits, and related pricing data.

All information is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. We do not upload or transmit your data to any external server. You are solely responsible for the information you enter into the App.

1.2 Advertising Data

The App requires an internet connection to display advertisements that help keep it free to use. Without an internet connection, some features may not be available.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, which may collect:

• Advertising ID
• Device information (model, operating system, language)
• App usage data for personalized advertising

This data is managed entirely by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

2. How We Use Your Information

• Store your materials, COGS, and selling price calculations for future use.
• Display advertisements.

3. PIN Security

If you enable PIN protection, only a salted SHA-256 hash of your PIN is stored. Your PIN is never stored in plain text and cannot be recovered, including by the developer.

4. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. Data remains on your device while the App is installed. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data, and we cannot recover deleted information.

• Not uploaded to any cloud server
• Not shared with third parties
• Deleted when the App is uninstalled
• Not automatically backed up by us

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information except:

• Google AdMob, to display advertisements in the free version.
• When required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use and Limitation of Liability

This App is designed solely to assist with calculating product costs and selling prices. Users are fully responsible for all information entered. Fraudulent or illegal use is strictly prohibited. We are not liable for errors, misuse, legal disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from inaccurate calculations or unlawful use.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

8. Your Data Rights

• Access your business information through the App settings.
• Delete materials and calculations created in the App.
• Change your App PIN.
• Permanently erase all App data via Settings → Apps → Product Price Calculator → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced through App updates on Google Play, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
